Mission

To support collaborative research across the island of Ireland that holds potential to inhibit the progression of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), to train future generations of MS researchers and facilitates contributions of Ireland’s MS research to a global/international platform?

Mission

Scope: The Network will focus on supporting research that targets disease progression in MS. This will include research with potential to slow, halt or reverse MS. The activities of the network will be in X strands:

1. Deliver cutting-edge biomedical and clinical research in MS
2. Train future MS biomedical and clinical researchers from ...
3. Communicate MS research activities and discoveries to the public, research community and key stakeholders
4. Collaborate on MS research programmes nationally and internationally to achieve the mission of the Network.

Identity

The network will be called AIMS-RN and will consist of researchers, clinicians, people with MS and their supporters and collaborative partners from across the island of Ireland. The network will be visible through its website, social media platforms, links to key MS research entities, universities and key outputs.
